Couldn't decide on Polish food or Colombian food for dinner tonight so wound up on POLOMBIA's website and WOW was I in for a treat! After ordering 75% of the menu, I can confirm that you will want to eat here! We ordered the Emparogis, La Zapiekanka, Sal-CHI-Papa, and the Kielbasa Perro and everything was divine! Also very important, please order one of the Tymbark Fruit Juices, they pair wonderfully with vodka or tequila! We will definitely be coming back here in the future. Note: Due to the pandemic, POLOMBIA is currently partnering with a restaurant called the Outpost Mexican Eatery to serve customers on weekends through a "pop-up" arrangement. You will pick up your food at the exit door of the Outpost or you can call for curbside pick-up. The staff is SUPER friendly.

Polombia offers a modern take on classic dishes that incorporate ingredients from both countries, such as Emparogi, Kiełbasa Perro or Sal-CHI-papa. Phillipe Sobon is a self-trained chef and teacher to thousands of culinary students. His television credits include appearances on Food Network, Masterchef, ABC, Country Living and other cooking programs. Cynthia Orobio is a nutritionist and community leader from Houston bringing Southern hospitality to Chicago. Passionate about teaching the importance of health, wellness, and diet, Cynthia's compassion shines bright through her food and warm smile.
